Still Staying Strong!


I've been going to boot camp for almost 4 weeks. I have not missed a day yet, and I truly enjoy it! It's been really hard, I've been really sore, but I've lost a couple pounds and have definitely gained muscle! The hardest part for me, is eating right. I'm on a strict 1500 calorie diet and have to break down what I eat, and how many grams it contains of protein, carbs, fat and calories. It's been a total pain to do that, but it sure helps me not want to eat junk so I don't have to write it down in my food journal! Anyways, if anyone is interested, I'd highly recommend it! It's at the Buda City Park and they have 4 different times they do it everyday (it's an hour long). I've been going to the 5:30am class. Yes, that means I get up about 5am and then go work out for an hour! If I just can't get up in the morning, I'll go to the 6pm or 7pm class! Wish me luck! You might not recognize me the next time you see me with my big guns! (aka--biceps)

I happened onto your blog. I would explain, but I never can rememeber how get to places! Anyway I just wanted to say HI and that I just ran my first half marathon too! What a great feeling of accomplishment that was for me! Not sure how running on the sand would be though. That must be tough!
